The 1940s building that used to be the Flagler Park Recreation Center is expanding the entertainment and cultural horizons in Historical Downtown Stuart. The former military hall has been remodeled and now houses The Lyric’s Flagler Center. The 3 rooms are versatile enough to be used for film showings, off-Broadway shows, weddings, lectures, fashion shows and small business gatherings.

The Lyric Theatre and the City of Stuart have entered into an agreement where the Lyric will manage the city-owned center. This annex of The Lyric Theatre will accommodate up to 370 people. Each room has audio and video equipment, projection screen and dance floor to transform the space into a black box theater, a dance club or an intimate setting for a chamber concert.
